For our Marketplace, all Community Guidelines still apply. In addition, there are a few Marketplace-specific policies we’d like to emphasize.

❌ Stolen items

Do not sell any stolen or ill-begotten items.

• Items sold without the consent of the owner are considered stolen

• Sellers listing stolen items on Fizz Marketplace are subject to potential law enforcement action and are in violation of our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service

  
  

❌ Drugs, alcohol, or tobacco

Do not list any age-restricted substances

• Fizz is not a platform for soliciting or selling any controlled substance

• Sellers listing controlled substances on Fizz Marketplace are subject to potential law enforcement action and are in violation of our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service

  
  

❌ Weapons

Do not list items that are used to hurt, injure, or maim others

• Any item that can reasonably construed to be a weapon is prohibited; this includes, but is not limited to, firearms, blades, brass knuckles, or swords

  
  

❌ Animals

Do not sell live animals, including pets.

❌ People

Do not list humans or post pictures of community members in any capacity

• Marketplace is a space for legitimate listings only

  
  

❌ Spam posts

Do not post memes, jokes, unrealistic, or false items to our Marketplace

• Every item listed must correspond to a real world good or service

• Repeated violations may lead to temporary or permanent suspension from our Marketplace
